A voice for young Dieppe leaders

DIEPPE (NB) — The City of Dieppe is looking for young, creative leaders between grades 8 to 12 who are motivated and want to sit on the Dieppe Youth Advisory Committee.
«The City of Dieppe wants to hear their concerns and vision in order to enhance their quality of life, said Sonya Babineau, Community agent for the City of Dieppe.»
To qualify you must be a resident of Dieppe, want to represent youth in Dieppe, want to volunteer time and play an active role in the community.

Road closure - Bourque Road

DIEPPE, (NB) — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Bourque Road, between Chartersville Road and Norbert Street, will be completely closed on Monday, August 29, weather permitting. This closure is necessary to allow for paving work.
Detour signs will be in place.
The City regrets any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates your patience and collaboration while this work is being done.
Road closure - Collège Street

DIEPPE, (NB) — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Collège Street, between Champlain and Cousteau Streets, will be completely closed from Saturday, September 17 to Friday, September 23, between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m., weather permitting. This closure is necessary to allow for roadwork.
Detour signs will be in place.
It should be noted that businesses will remain accessible during construction.

Road closure - Champlain Street

DIEPPE, (NB) — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that paving work will take place on Champlain Street, between the entrance of CCNB and Industrial Street, from Sunday, August 28 to Friday, September 2, inclusively. Work will take place between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m., weather permitting.
During the construction, this section of Champlain Street will be completely closed. Detour signs will be in place.
It should be noted that businesses will remain accessible during this period.

Ceremony to commemorate Dieppe Raid

DIEPPE, N.B. – The City of Dieppe, in cooperation with the Dieppe Military Veterans Association, will be holding a ceremony on Sunday, August 21 at Place 1604, located behind City Hall, to commemorate the 74th anniversary of the Dieppe Raid, in France.
The ceremony will begin at 1:30 p.m. with a military parade paying tribute to our country’s fallen soldiers.
