Seniors in Motion Program

DIEPPE, N.B. — The Seniors in Motion Program encourages active living through wellness activities and social outings. Activities are organized by the City of Dieppe and held once per month.

Lower speed limits near schools

DIEPPE, N.B. — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise residents that signage regarding lower speed limits is being installed near certain schools in the municipality.
This measure intends to make school zones safer for our children.
Effective May 1, the speed limit for vehicles in school zones will be lowered to 30 km/h during times when children are present at the school. This change is based on Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) guidelines and the Motor Vehicle Act.

Closure of Virginia Avenue

DIEPPE, N.B. — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Virginia Avenue will be closed to traffic, between Ste-Croix and Grand Pré Streets, until Friday, May 10, due to the installation of a new sanitary trunk sewer.
The City regrets any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates your patience and co-operation while this work is being done.

Clean Our City project!

DIEPPE, N.B. — The City of Dieppe is seeking volunteers to take part in its Clean Our City project that will undertake a clean-up of green spaces and other pre-determined areas.
The City is seeking the assistance of residents, groups and organizations to take part in a week-long clean-up from Monday, May 6, to Friday, May 10.

Water discolouration and drop in water pressure

DIEPPE, N.B. — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise residents of Gaspé, Orléans and Industrielle Streets that water discolouration and drop in water pressure have been notice in that sector.
This situation is due to the flushing of the water distribution system. If you notice discolouration, allow the water to run for five minutes.
