Lane reduction on Champlain Street

***Update: the traffic lane is now reopened.***
Dieppe (NB) – The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that there is currently a lane reduction on Champlain Street, between Aviation Avenue and Airport Street, due to water accumulation.
You may report flooding or other problems by calling our dispatch line at 877.7990.
The City regrets any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates your patience and collaboration.
Community facilities and City Hall closure – Monday, January 21, 2019

City Hall will open at 10 a.m. Community facilities (Rotary Pavilion, AJL and Centenaire arenas, Aquatic Centre, skating oval) will open at noon
DIEPPE (NB) — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise residents that non-essential services are currently suspended due to weather conditions. The community facilities (City Hall, Rotary Pavilion, AJL and Centenaire arenas, Aquatic Centre) are closed until 10 a.m. An update will be sent around 9:30 a.m.
Aquatic Centre closure

Update - The Aquatic and Sports Centre will remain closed until 8:30 a.m. on Monday, January 21. The situation will be reassessed around 7 a.m.
Due to the snow storm, the Aquatic and Sports Centre will close its door as of noon. Swimming lessons and all aquatic activities are cancelled for the remainder of the day. Sleigh rides at Rotary St-Anselme Park are also cancelled.

Dieppe's Winter Carnival gets a makeover for its 43rd edition

Dieppe's Winter Carnival, formerly known as the Friendship Carnival, returns this year with new features along with a new image and new programming.
In this new program, the Carnival's regular visitors will find the event's traditional activities, such as the sugar shack, the Rotary Club breakfast, and the ice sculpture. There will also be many new activities to please visitors of all ages. Among other things, visitors will be able to participate in clown workshops and visit a mini science centre...
