Road closure – Gauvin Road (September 20, 2024)

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Gauvin Road, between Marché Street and Acadie Avenue will be completely closed to traffic starting at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, September 20, 2024.

This closure is necessary to allow the Midland Pulling for United Way Truck Pull to be held.

The City regrets any inconvenience this closure may cause and appreciates your patience and collaboration.

Notice of Public Meeting – September 16, 2024

Please be advised that there will be a standing committee meeting on strategies and public policies on Monday, September 16, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. in council chambers at City Hall, which can also be viewed live on the YouTube channel at the following web address: www.youtube.com/dieppenb.

Dieppe commemorates the Battle of Britain

The City of Dieppe, in collaboration with the Dieppe Military Veterans Association, is organizing a ceremony commemorating the Battle of Britain and airforce efforts during the Second World War. The event will be held at J.-Laurie-Cormier Park, at the corner of Champlain and Tower streets, on Sunday, September 15, 2024 and will begin with a military parade at 1:30 p.m.

The ceremony will be followed by a reception at the Dieppe Golden Age Club, located at 445 Acadie Avenue.
