Road work - closure of Gauvin Road

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Gauvin Road, between Thomas and Ruisseau streets, will be completely closed to traffic from Tuesday, June 18 to Friday, June 21. Please note that this section of Gauvin Road may also be reduced to one lane overnight.
Detour signs and temporary traffic lights will be in place to direct motorists. This closure is necessary to allow work on the sewer system.

As part of a pilot project at the UNIplex Medavie greenhouse, the municipality is looking for four volunteers for the summer season. Interested individuals will take a free aeroponics training course, then check on the plants once a week.
The checks, which take around an hour to complete, will be carried out on Sundays, Mondays or Tuesdays, depending on the candidates’ availability. Each volunteer will get a box of plants to take home free of charge.
