Lane reduction on Champlain Street (April 13 and 14, 2023)

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that there will be lane reductions on Champlain Street, between Acadie Avenue and westbound municipal limits (towards Moncton), on Thursday, April 13 and Friday, April 14. In case of inclement weather, the work will be postponed to a later date.
These lane reductions are necessary in order to allow for land surveying work.
The City regrets any inconvenience this work may cause and appreciates your patience and collaboration.
Fireworks training exercice

The City of Dieppe would like to inform its residents that fireworks will be deployed in the area of the MusiquART site on Thursday, April 13 in the afternoon.
The deployment of the pyrotechnics will take place as part of a training exercise by the municipal Fire Department.
The holding of the exercise complies with the requirements of Bylaw S-2 relating to fireworks and special effect pyrotechnics in the City of Dieppe.
Residents are asked not to approach the site during the exercise.

New Bus Benches Coming to Dieppe

Roughly 30 new benches will be installed along the City of Dieppe’s public transit system over the next few years through a partnership with Creative Outdoor Advertising.
The company will install the benches free of charge and sell advertising that will be displayed on the back of the benches to cover the purchase, installation and maintenance costs. In exchange for the use of municipal space, Creative Outdoor Advertising will pay a percentage of advertising sales to the municipality.
