Third anniversary of the Dieppe Aquatic and Sports Centre

DIEPPE, N.B. — Friday, September 21, is the third anniversary of the Dieppe Aquatic and Sports Centre. To celebrate this special occasion, the Centre is opening its pools for only $3 for the entire day. Come swim and meet the staff and friends of the Centre.

Spaces still available for Dieppe Aquatic and Sports Centre programs

DIEPPE, N.B. — The Dieppe Aquatic and Sports Centre announced today that it still has a few spaces left for registrations for adult and teen aquatic activities.

The Centre is still accepting registrations for classes in aquafitness, aquaspinning and aquababies, as well as for beginner and advanced swimming lessons.

Activities begin during the week of September 17 and last for 12 sessions. The cost per program is $85.

The Battle of Britain remembered in Dieppe

DIEPPE (NB) — A veterans’ ceremony to commemorate the Battle of Britain will be held on Sunday, September 16, at Laurie-J.-Cormier Park beginning at 1:30 p.m. to honour the efforts of the air forces during the Second World War.

In case of rain, the ceremony will be held at the Club d’âge d’or de Dieppe (445 Acadie Avenue).
