CHANGE - Street closure - Fox Creek Road

DIEPPE, N.B. —The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that road work will begin on Fox Creek Road, between Marguerite Street and LeBlanc Road, on Thursday, June 25. The complete closure is scheduled for Thursday, July 2 until Monday, July 6 (6 a.m.), weather permitting.This closure is to allow for the installation of culverts. Detour signs will be in place.
It should be noted that businesses will remain accessible.

Canada Day celebrations in Dieppe

DIEPPE, N.B. —The City of Dieppe is hosting a number of free activities to celebrate Canada Day on Wednesday, July 1st at Place 1604.
Dig out your Canadian flag and take part in the official ceremony in addition to inflatable games and concert featuring Rosa Laricchiuta, finalist on La Voix, and a cappella group Qw4rtz. Be part of the always energetic crowds that attend this celebration starting at 6 p.m.

The 55+ Games begin this coming Wednesday

DIEPPE, NB — There’s a buzz in Dieppe as the city is preparing to host the New Brunswick 55+ Games that will be taking place from June 24-26.
This is the large-scale provincial event’s 12th bilingual edition, which is held every two years in different cities across the province and continues to grow in popularity. The organizing committee for the Dieppe Games hopes to welcome around 400 participants.

Opening of new splash pad at Rotary St-Anselme Park

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe will officially open the splash pad at the Rotary St-Anselme Park on Saturday, June 27 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. as part of Recreation and Parks Month.
The official ceremony will begin at 11 a.m., followed by a free family picnic organized by the Caisse Populaire Dieppe-Memramcook and Dieppe Rotary Club. A balloon artist and magician Rémi Boudreau will also be on hand.
