Lane reduction on Acadie Avenue

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that there will be a lane reduction on Acadie Avenue, between Champlain and Ste-Thérèse streets, on Wednesday, May 16. In case of inclement weather, the work will be delayed to the next day.
This lane reduction is necessary in order to allow for asphalt work.
The City regrets any inconvenience this work may cause and appreciates your patience and collaboration.

Road work – Major rehabilitation of Industrial Street

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that major rehabilitation work is ongoing on Industrial Street, between Malenfant Boulevard and Babin Street, and will continue until September.
During the construction period, this section of road will be completely closed to traffic. Detour signs will be in place.
Motorists are encouraged to plan for longer travel times while the work is being carried out.
It should be noted that businesses will remain accessible during construction.

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe will be actively participating in the National Public Works Week from May 20-26, under this year’s theme “The Power of Public Works.”
The week provides an opportunity to highlight the important work done by the employees from all community services and the impact it has on the quality of our residents’ everyday life.

Dieppe, Moncton and Riverview develop a joint emergency measures plan

A new Municipal Emergency Measures Plan (MEMP), created with the goal of facilitating rapid, effective and coordinated emergency response, has been developed by the three municipalities. The joint plan was adopted by Riverview during the regular meeting of the municipal council on April 9, and by Moncton on May 7. It will be adopted by Dieppe on May 14.
